This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made to 'Khub Darkari' (“Khub Darkari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for registration, membership, listing, promotional services, advertising or other paid services.
1. Registration and Membership Fees - Any registration or membership fee paid to 'Khub Darkari' is generally non-refundable, once the registration or membership has been successfully processed or activated. Where a special registration offer or free-registration campaign is applicable, the terms of that specific offer will apply.
2. Monthly Membership Fee - Where a Service Provider pays a monthly membership fee, the fee covers the applicable membership/listing service for the relevant period. Once the monthly membership period has started, the fee is generally non-refundable, even if the Service Provider does not receive any customer enquiry or does not use the platform during the entire period. Cancellation of membership will prevent future renewal or future charges, where applicable, but will not normally result in a refund for the current paid period.
3. Listing and Position Fees - Fees paid for a specific listing position, priority placement or other visibility service are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or the applicable placement period has started. A listing or position does not guarantee a specific number of enquiries, customers or income.
4. Advertising and Promotional Services - Payments made for advertising or promotional services are generally non-refundable once the advertising or promotional service has started or the agreed promotional placement has been provided. If 'Khub Darkari' is unable to provide a paid promotional service due to an issue attributable to Khub Darkari, an appropriate adjustment, replacement service or refund may be considered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments - If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount may be eligible for a refund after verification. The refund will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing procedures.
6. Failed Transactions - If money has been deducted from your bank account or payment method but the relevant 'Khub Darkari' service has not been successfully activated, please contact us with the payment details. After verification, any amount confirmed as received by 'Khub Darkari' for an unsuccessful transaction may be refunded or otherwise resolved as appropriate.
7. Cancellation by 'Khub Darkari' - 'Khub Darkari' may suspend or terminate a Service Provider's listing or membership if the Service Provider violates our Terms & Conditions, provides false information, misuses the platform or engages in unlawful or prohibited activities. Such suspension or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.
8. Cancellation Request - If you wish to cancel a service, membership or payment-related arrangement, please contact 'Khub Darkari' through using the system provided on the Contact & Support page. Please include relevant information such as:
• Name
• Registered mobile/WhatsApp number
• Payment/service details
• Transaction ID or payment reference, where applicable
• Reason for the cancellation or refund request
9. Refund Processing - Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.
10. Exceptions - 'Khub Darkari' may consider a refund or other appropriate resolution in exceptional circumstances, including technical errors, duplicate payments or situations where a paid service could not be provided due to an issue attributable to 'Khub Darkari'. Any such decision will be based on the specific circumstances and applicable law.
