Khub Darkari does not guarantee that every listed service provider will be available, suitable or able to fulfil a particular service request. Any service arrangement, discussion, price negotiation or agreement between a user and a service provider is made directly between those parties.
4. Service Payments - Khub Darkari does not collect or process payment for services provided by service providers to users, unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular service or feature. Any payment made by a user for a service is subject to the terms agreed between the user and the respective service provider. Khub Darkari shall not be responsible for disputes arising from direct payments or financial transactions between users and service providers.
5. Provider Membership, Listing and Promotional Services - Khub Darkari may offer paid membership, listing, position, promotional or advertising opportunities to service providers and businesses. The applicable fees, duration and conditions for such services will be communicated through the relevant platform, registration process or other official communication from Khub Darkari. Payment for such services does not guarantee a specific number of customers, enquiries, bookings or income.
6. User Responsibilities -
Users agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

• Not submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries.

10. Intellectual Property - The Khub Darkari name, logo, website content, design, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or used with the permission of Khub Darkari and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without prior permission.
11. Changes to These Terms - Khub Darkari may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Communication and Support - ‘Khub Darkari’ does not provide support via telephone calls.
