These Service Provider Terms & Conditions (“Provider Terms”) apply to every individual, business, professional or service provider who registers with or uses Khub Darkari (“Khub Darkari”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for listing, promotion or receiving service enquiries.
By registering as a Service Provider, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Provider Terms.
1. Eligibility - Any individual, professional, business, shop or service provider who offers a genuine product or service may apply to be listed on Khub Darkari, subject to our applicable requirements and approval. Khub Darkari reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend or remove a registration or listing where necessary.
2. Accurate Information - Service Providers must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information during registration and whenever their information changes. This may include:
• Name
• Mobile/WhatsApp number
• Address or service area
• Service or business category
• Business/service details
• Photographs or other profile information, where requested Providing false, misleading or unauthorized information may result in suspension or removal of the listing.
3. Service Provider Profile and Listing - Information submitted by a Service Provider may be used to create and display their profile or listing on the 'Khub Darkari' platform. The Service Provider authorizes 'Khub Darkari' to use the submitted information for the purpose of listing, promoting and connecting the Service Provider with potential customers. 'Khub Darkari' may format, edit or arrange submitted information for presentation on the platform without changing its essential meaning.
4. Membership and Monthly Fee - Service Providers may be required to pay the applicable registration, membership or monthly service fee communicated by 'Khub Darkari'. The applicable fee, payment period and other conditions will be communicated through the relevant registration or payment process. Payment of a membership or monthly fee provides access to the applicable 'Khub Darkari' service or listing facility. It does not guarantee a specific number of customers, enquiries, bookings or income.
5. Listing Position and Promotional Services - 'Khub Darkari' may offer different listing positions, promotional placements, advertisements or other visibility options to Service Providers. Where applicable, the fee, duration and position of such services will be communicated separately. A higher listing position or promotional placement does not guarantee customer enquiries, bookings or earnings. 'Khub Darkari' may modify the layout, structure or presentation of listings as the platform develops.
6. Responsibility for Services - The Service Provider is solely responsible for:
• The quality and standard of their service
• The price charged to customers
• Availability and appointment schedules
• Completing the service as agreed with the customer
• Professional conduct
• Any license, permission, qualification or registration required for their particular service
• Any communication or agreement made directly with a customer 'Khub Darkari' does not act as the service provider.
7. Customer Payments - 'Khub Darkari' does not collect or process payment for services provided by Service Providers to customers, unless a particular service or feature specifically states otherwise. Any service fee, advance, payment or other financial arrangement between a Service Provider and a customer is made directly between them. The Service Provider is responsible for clearly communicating their charges and payment terms to the customer.
8. Customer Enquiries - 'Khub Darkari' may provide a Service Provider's contact details or facilitate communication so that potential customers can contact the Service Provider. The Service Provider must respond to genuine enquiries professionally and must not misuse customer information. Customer information obtained through 'Khub Darkari' must not be sold, shared or used for unrelated purposes without appropriate permission or legal basis.
9. Prohibited Activities - A Service Provider must not use Khub Darkari for:
• Fraudulent or misleading activities
• Providing false information
• Illegal activities or services
• Harassment, threats or abusive behavior
• Spam or unsolicited promotional messages
• Misuse of customer information
• Activities that may damage the reputation or security of 'Khub Darkari'. Who violates these requirements 'Khub Darkari' may take appropriate action against any Service Provider.
10. Verification and Documents - 'Khub Darkari' may request additional information or documents where reasonably necessary to verify a Service Provider or a particular service. Submission of information or documents does not automatically mean that Khub Darkari guarantees or certifies the quality, legality or reliability of the Service Provider. Service Providers remain responsible for maintaining any license, certificate, permission or qualification required by applicable law.
11. Suspension or Removal - 'Khub Darkari' may suspend, restrict or remove a Service Provider's listing if:
• The information provided is false or misleading.
• The Service Provider violates these Provider Terms.
• The Service Provider receives serious or repeated complaints.
• The Service Provider misuses customer information.
• Required payments remain unpaid.
• The Service Provider engages in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities.
• The Service Provider's activities may create a significant risk to users or to 'Khub Darkari'. Where appropriate, 'Khub Darkari' may request clarification or additional information before taking action.
12. No Guarantee of Business - Khub Darkari provides an opportunity for Service Providers to increase their visibility and connect with potential customers. However, 'Khub Darkari' does not guarantee:
• A minimum number of enquiries
• A minimum number of customers
• A minimum amount of income
• Any specific level of business growth
• Any particular result from membership, listing or advertising. Results may vary depending on location, service category, demand, pricing, competition and other factors.
13. Relationship with Customers - The Service Provider and customer are responsible for any service arrangement entered into between them. 'Khub Darkari' is not a party to the service agreement between the Service Provider and the customer unless specifically stated otherwise. Service Providers should clearly discuss the scope of work, price, timing and other relevant conditions with customers before providing a service.
14. Intellectual Property and Brand Use - Service Providers may not use the 'Khub Darkari' name, logo, branding or other intellectual property for their own business promotion without permission. Likewise, Service Providers must ensure that photographs, logos, descriptions and other materials submitted to 'Khub Darkari' are either owned by them or used with appropriate permission.
15. Changes to Provider Terms - 'Khub Darkari' may update these Provider Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, business model, services or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be published on the relevant page with the revised date.
16. Communication and Support - For registration-related matters, account issues, payment-related queries, complaints or other support requirements, Service Providers are requested to contact 'Khub Darkari' through the Contact & Support page.
17. Acceptance - By registering or continuing to use 'Khub Darkari' as a Service Provider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Service Provider Terms & Conditions.
